Q.  Is there a place for “Quiet Time”?
     A.  Absolutely.  On some days, there is nothing quite so healing as studying your Bible while sipping a cup of coffee and relaxing in your favorite chair…or taking a long, contemplative walk with Jesus along a wooded, leaf-strewn path. 

Psalms 23:2
“He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters…”

Zephaniah 3:17
“The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.”

Mark 6:30-31
“[Jesus] said to them, ‘Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.’”

Q.  But what do you do when your “Quiet Time” gets a little TOO quiet?
     A.  If you find yourself skipping your daily devotions because they’ve become dull, boring and lifeless, you need a powerful jolt of strong medicine and you need it now.
